LP Insurance Services, Inc. Congratulates Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows Annual Honorees

RENO, Nev. – November 14, 2014- LP Insurance Services, Inc. congratulates the 2014 Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows honorees for their hard work, service and commitment to the northern Nevada community.

During their annual awards banquet sponsored by Hot August Nights on Nov. 13, the Club honored 2014 Distinguished Service award winner and LP Insurance President, Nick Rossi as well as the 2014 Youth of the Year, Nikita Cleveland and Eric Cruz. “We honor those that go above and beyond to make a difference in the lives of children in our community,” said Mike Wurm, Executive Director for the Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows.

The annual event pays tribute to a top supporter and a male and female youth with stories of perseverance and success surrounding the Boys & Girls Club.  In addition, nine members from the Club’s youth and teen centers received Member of the Year awards, saluting their service and guidance among the Club’s 12,000 members. Attendees also learned of select members’ college scholarship awards through the Club’s scholarship program.

“We are very proud of the work Nick does throughout the Truckee Meadows,” said Joe Wyatt, Principal/Chief Operating Officer LP Insurance Services, Inc. “We believe in serving the communities we support and Nick is a great leader by example in that regard.” In fact, LP Insurance’s annual giving benefits more than 50 entities throughout the area and employee involvement includes hundreds of hours of support.
