We are extremely fortunate to have as our speakers attorneys Jeffrey D. Masters and John Musitano.  Jeff and John are litigation partners in the Development Risk Management Practice Group in the Los Angeles office of Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP. Their practices emphasize insurance coverage claims and litigation, and transactional risk management and insurance legal services for developers, homebuilders, owners, investors, contractors and lenders.

Jeff and John have extensive experience implementing insurance, risk management and risk transfer legal programs for projects of all sizes.  They are frequent lecturers for real estate and construction industry groups such as the Building Industry Association (BIA), PCBC, the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), Southern California Association of Non-Profit Housing and IRMI.
