These unique citywide events are part of a groundbreaking series that shakes things up, helps us think differently, and leaves us inspired.

DisruptHR

DisruptHR is not your typical HR conference. With 14 speakers, each given just 5 minutes and whose slides rotate every 15 seconds, the format demands concise, impactful communication. DisruptHR is an information exchange designed to energize, inform and empower people in the HR field. Whether you’re an HR professional, CEO, technologist, or community leader, if you have insights about talent, culture, or technology, DisruptHR is known to be a great platform.

DisruptHR Reno

This year, dedicated LP Insurance employees Courtney Workman and Gigi Walker helped organize the 6th annual Reno event held at Atlantis Casino Resort. DistruptHR teamed up with Nevada State SHRM and was part of the 2024 Battle Born Nevada State Council Conference and Expo.

The DisruptHR Las Vegas event was hosted by SNVSHRM Young Professionals at the Zappos Theatre on October 17th. LP Insurance’s Ashlynne Valdez helped organize the event.
