LP Insurance Services Names Steelman Chief Operating Officer
RENO, Nev. – July 5, 2023 – LP Insurance Services, LLC proudly announces the promotion of Trinity Steelman to Chief Operating Officer.
The announcement is made as the founding COO, Joe Wyatt, retired on July 1, 2023. Steelman and Wyatt have been friends and colleagues for decades, after both launched their respective careers in northeastern Nevada.

As COO, Steelman is responsible for the daily operations including processes, strategies, and growth, throughout the LP Insurance footprint. Additionally, she continues to lead the Employee Benefits division.

A native of Ely, Nev., and long-time northeastern Nevada resident, Steelman began her career there and honed her skills as part of IMS, Lucini/Parish Insurance (eponym of LP Insurance Services), ABD Insurance and Wells Fargo Insurance Services via mergers and acquisitions. In 2011, she became an owner at McMullen Insurance and later, in 2016, McMullen Insurance and their team joined the LP Insurance family where she is also a principal owner.
She is an active member of her northeastern Nevada community, including serving as a board member of Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital and supporting numerous organizations such as area Boys & Girls Clubs, the local hospice, high school programs and cancer-fighting charities.
